Job Scope:
- Determine potential customers and determine a strategy for winning contracts for maintenance and technical services.
- Develop and maintain detailed information on potential customer organizations, key decision makers, and key influencers with the purpose of fostering relationship.
- Coordinate key issues with senior management prior to contract completion.
- Develop the value proposition presentation and sales tools for regional Marketing Managers to use to promote sales of maintenance and technical services (Solution sales approach).
- Assess and/or develop understanding of the maintenance services and the value it provides to airlines in order to reach company profit and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Avionics/Aeronautics/General Aviation/Communications/System Engineering.
- At least 3 years commercial experience in marketing to the airlines/military/security/ general aviation market.
- Specialized knowledge of Avionics and airline rotables, an advantage.
- Good marketing skill in other system engineering disciplines may also be applicable.
- Willing to travel (Singapore).
- Long term career objective, good communication skill, analytical mind and ambition to develop.
