We are a rapidly growing company in the field of e-commerce, well known in the wedding and party related industry, with a huge following on various digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).


Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tiktok) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness.


Job Description:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across various online advertising channels, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns from start to finish, including budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to improve Purchases, ROI, CPA, ROAS.
  • Stay current with industry trends, changes in algorithms, and new advertising platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Continuously test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and creative strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in ad campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Experience in Women’s apparel industry is preferred.
  • Priority is given to those who spend more than USD1,000 per day on advertising
