Job Title: Customer Service Officer (ID8027)
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm.
Salary: $1700 - $2000
Job Description:
• Order processing and responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation.
• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure the readiness of cargo for deliveries/collections.
• Coordinate with transporter.
• Filling & Billing.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
