HR & Admin Assistant

H Y (m&e) Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing general admin duties, ensure systematic administration of all documents
  • Monitor project status, submit monthly report, work schedule etc
  • Handle in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll calculation
  • Sorting and process claims and reimbursements to internal staff
  • Perform Monthly Bank Transactions, Reconciliation and Month end closing
  • Perform general HR administration duty, preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc
  • Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
  • Processing of MOM Work Pass Applications / Renewal / Cancellations / Transfers and update of foreign worker’s particular
  • Handle foreign worker related matters, including arrange dormitory, safety courses, air ticket and etc
  • Process employee medical insurances & work injuries claim matters (if any)
  • Prepare and submit all MOM or other government bodies statutory reports and statutory survey forms
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned, support team members in any other jobs

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customer)
  • Ability to work independent and able to multi-task

Other Information:

  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Salary: S$2,200 - S$2,700 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
