Role Description
MORROW is hiring a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant to begin in work in January 2024. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of Business and assist all of the firm's directors in providing administrative assistance such as co-ordinating director's travel plans and meeting schedules, date entry, managing events and other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
· Good etiquette and communication skills.
· Fluent in English and a second language.
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook.
· Diploma or professional cert in related field.
· Prior experience in similar industry is a plus.
