As an Incident and Problem Manager at Singtel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and resolution of IT incidents and problems, minimizing disruptions, and improving the overall quality of IT services. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a stable IT environment and enabling our clients to operate with confidence.
Make an Impact by:
- Qualifying problem cases.
- Performing root cause analysis.
- Suggesting work around or permanent fix.
- Process related responsibilities (e.g. ISO).
- Perform audits and critical problem investigations as required by the organization.
- Leading a team of problem managers and analysts.
- Using analytics tools in making data driven decision making.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a problem management role for a major IT/Telco organization.
- CCNA or other equivalent certification.
- Data Visualisation/Analytics certifications (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Solid analytical thinking.
- Able to present analysis using various tools (e.g. MS Excel, Tableau or the likes).
- Problem Solving skillset (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Kepner & Tregoe certifications).
- ITILv3 certification or higher.
- Able to lead different stakeholders.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
