Job Description:
- To optimize business volume and profitability for key account customers.
- Continuous growth in productivity for sales efficiency and to deliver KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
- Develop strategic plans to negotiate and manage key accounts locally to achieve maximum returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.
- Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPI such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
- Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
- Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.
- Potential career advancement to manage key accounts at regional or global level.
- Assist in any other duties as assigned.
