Job Responsibilities:
• Work in exclusive residential estate
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
• Respond to residents' inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide services such as facility booking, taxi booking, handling couriers, transportation options, and any additional requests upon demand
• Handle calls and receiving of parcels for residents
• Liaise with residents on function area setup
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy at all times
• Other duties as assigned
6 days: Shift: 7am-3pm/ 10am-6pm/ 2pm-10pm
