We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDeT) to support our newly formed CES Core + Partnerships squad.
The successful candidate will join the team at the beginning of their journey and you will support them in setting up, approving and monitoring:
- quality standards
- testing standards

How you will contribute
- You will be responsible for managing and maintaining test automation
- You will work with your stakeholders to ensure the test automation strategy is in place for CES Core + Partnerships
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional test requirements
- You will take the lead in all things testing
- You will help define ways to improve testing to enable a shift left approach
The ideal skills for this role are
- You are an expert in test automation for different types of tests
- You are an expert in building automation frameworks for different types of testing
- You are an expert in effectively integrating testing into CI/CD
- You have solid understanding of the pros and cons of what tests to run where in CI/CD
- You have solid programming experience
- You have a solid understanding of the test pyramid
- You have solid experience in using tools to report test results
- You are a great communicator
