The client is a global aerospace component manufacturing company.
- Daily review of ARC issued.
- Download furnace chart.
- Reviewing and checking of document/file to ensure no errors.
- Assist in printing of Mattag, calibration tags, etc.
- General filing of aviation authorities correspondence, etc.
- Coordination of calibration activities.
- Provides administrative support to Quality Department as required.
- This is a one-year contract position.
Requirements
- Diploma in business administration, aerospace, mechanical engineering or relevant field.
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the aerospace industry or mechanical engineering background is preferred.
