We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head, Sales & Distribution to manage the business operations and identify business opportunities to foster growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development initiatives to identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, strategic partnerships, and collaborations within the collectible industry on both traditional and e-platform, resulting in increased market share and revenue growth.

- Manage contract negotiations, draft agreements, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners, ensuring favourable terms and protecting the company's interests.

- Obtain alignment and provide support to different functional areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product launches, business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive operational excellence

- Oversee licensing opportunities, conduct due diligence, negotiate licensing agreements, and actively protect the company's intellectual property rights, ensuring compliance and maximizing revenue potential.

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop risk management strategies, and implement controls across respective business operations, minimizing potential risks and safeguarding the company's interests.

- Ensure Accounts Receivables are managed actively and work closely with Finance and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth sales operation process to optimise customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

· Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at managerial level

· Experience in managing distribution networks, distributors and key accounts

· Degree Holder in Business Administration or relevant field
