Customer Care Officer

Fedegari Asia Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers (internal/external) sales enquiries.
  • Generate offer for all aftersales related products (parts/service/upgrading etc.).
  • Follow up on offer and process OA / invoicing / factory PO / shipment etc.
  • Liaising with forwarders and agent on the various deliveries’ orders (incoming/outgoing).
  • Act as the coordinator between factory and shipping parties.
  • Maintain close working relations with customers, logistic partners and agents.
  • Monitoring of inventory buffer stock and prompt for reordering.
  • Assist the department with all other administration works.
  • Warehousing joint activities with warehousing personnel – picking/packing.
  • Salesforce entries and maintain data integrity.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by RO.


Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma of any engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and skill for Logistic, Freight and Warehouse management.
  • Simple engineering know-how (identification of simple parts).
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Knowledge of SAP / Salesforce are highly preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge on MS Office and Excel.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Singaporean Only.
