Responsibilities:
- Handle customers (internal/external) sales enquiries.
- Generate offer for all aftersales related products (parts/service/upgrading etc.).
- Follow up on offer and process OA / invoicing / factory PO / shipment etc.
- Liaising with forwarders and agent on the various deliveries’ orders (incoming/outgoing).
- Act as the coordinator between factory and shipping parties.
- Maintain close working relations with customers, logistic partners and agents.
- Monitoring of inventory buffer stock and prompt for reordering.
- Assist the department with all other administration works.
- Warehousing joint activities with warehousing personnel – picking/packing.
- Salesforce entries and maintain data integrity.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by RO.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma of any engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Good knowledge and skill for Logistic, Freight and Warehouse management.
- Simple engineering know-how (identification of simple parts).
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Knowledge of SAP / Salesforce are highly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge on MS Office and Excel.
- Effective time management skills.
- Singaporean Only.
