Project Manager (Corporate Loans)

We are looking for an Project Manager for a global bank's Corporate Loans chain IT implementation. The role encompasses target architecture definition, delivery planning and management, stakeholder collaboration, and program governance. The IT PM also has responsibility for test management and stakeholder management. This is a contract role for 9 months and located in Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Steer the overarching IT program strategy and execution for the corporate loans chain implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Architecture, business, and other domains to define the target architecture and booking schema
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and management of the project plan, ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to governance frameworks
  • Forge effective coordination with IT teams and stakeholders to guarantee successful onboarding, capacity planning, and project delivery
  • Orchestrate comprehensive test management across the entire front-to-back chain
  • Play an active role in stakeholder engagement, manage program governance, and lead steering committees, as well as regular operational and working committees, to achieve project objectives

Functional/Technical

  • 12-16 years working experience
  • Degree in IT/Computing/IT Business System or equivalent, other disciplines will be considered with relevant working experience
  • Strong and functional project management (PM) experience with a focus on global banking loans, including ECB loans and facilities
  • Proven ability to implement transversal front-to-back projects, demonstrating exposure to referential data, trade booking, settlement, reporting, regulatory reporting, accounting, and group reporting chains
  • Expertise in managing large transversal IT programs is required
  • In-depth functional knowledge and experience in global banking products, particularly corporate loans and facilities management is necessary
