Responsibilities:
· Work on the tendering process
· Prepare tender documents
· Preparation of budgets
· Estimate construction cost in competitive manner
· Evaluation of price comparison summary
· Monitor monthly progress
· Process claims and contractual payment
· Negotiate and award sub-contracts
· Prepare and manage Variation Orders with Clients and sub-contractors
· Attend project meetings and tender interviews
Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.
· Minimum 3 years of experience for Quantity Surveyor, 6 years experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor
· Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works
· Proactive, meticulous and conscientious
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
