We are a boutique caterer who takes on our events with a passionate heart and a spirit of excellence. Whether you are planning to host an intimate dinner or a large-scale catering event, Amici menus are crafted in-house to reflect the elegance and diversity of Eastern and Western cuisines, from canapes to buffet spreads and ‘live’ cooking stations.
Job Descriptions
- To ensure quality and quantity of items ordered and ensure proper storage and recordings, To ensure accurate deployment of clients’ order on a daily basis
- To wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking, and to verify that the prepared food meets the require quality and quantity.
- To adhere strictly to all established standard operating procedures.
- To be in total compliance with the recipe book,
- Work according the instruction of Superiors
- Organizes, prepare and setting up.
- Prepare daily nd food production in different sections of the main kitchen
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Perform all other ad-hoc as assigned by management and supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Attendance, productivity, quality and safety of work
- Must be flexible and able to work during our peak times including weekends and public holiday.
- Willing to learn, self-motivated efficient.
- Able to minimize the wastage foods and beverages used in the kitchen
- Compliance with rules. Regulations and adequate disciplinary policies.
- General attitude, grooming and team spirit.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin preferred

- No AWS but there is variable bonus depending on company performance
