Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the execution the IMS methodologies and processes aligned with MODEC’s IMS Global standards, such as: Strategic Management, Goals Cascading, Performance Management, Project Management, Process and Routine Management for Modec in order to support Modec leaders in achieving expected results;

• Develop the Modec Integrated Management System documents - standards, process standards and work instructions - together with Onshore and Offshore team;

• Process Mapping with Business Process Modeling Notation for all IMS documents for the business;

• Support implementation and consolidation of Integrated Management System providing training, communication and on-the-job guidance to teams;

• Support on the implementation of the Strategic Management cascading the MODEC Group guidelines and with the analysis of the internal and external strengths and weaknesses and definition of the strategic goals;

• Support with the implementation of the Performance Management thru the definition and cascading of the strategic goals for the company;

• Contribute with the implementation and execution of the monitoring of the Project Management thru the preparations of Project Reports, follow up of the Projects Results and training of the Project Managers on the methodology regarding Cost, Quality, Scope, Time, Communications, Risk, HR, Stakeholders, Acquisition and Integration, following PMI’s best practices that were adapted to MODEC’s needs through the IMS methodology;

• Minimum 05 years’ experience working with quality processes, Project and Performance Management;

• Business Administration graduation;

• Experience with implementing Integrated Management System, focusing on improving financial and operational results, through the application of the PDCA method;

• Experience with Process Mapping and Document Management implementation;

• ISO and SGSO knowledge;

• Fluent English (writing, speaking and reading);

• Immediate availability;

• Continuous Improvement Management Knowledge;

• Experience with KPIs definition, goal setting, calculation and monitoring;

• Deviation treatment analysis;

• Lean Six Sigma Knowledge;

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Word, MS Project);

• Alteryx Programming;

• VBA Programming;

• Advanced Power BI;

• Oil & Gas Audits Knowledge;

• Risk Analysis Knowledge;

• Deep knowledge in Modec IMS-Integrated Management System and Modec IMS Standardization process;

• Deep knowledge in IMS Portal.
