Job Description
CUSTOMER NEEDS
• Continuously seek information to improve the vendor experience and makes recommendations to the existing process.
MARKETING & EVENTS
• Manage the set-up of vendor marketing campaigns and conduct post-campaign evaluation.
• Implement promotional programs for vendor(s)
• Support on obtaining deals & promotions for events.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
• Source new products and assist vendor(s) in product creation.
• Create and manage vendor accounts and contractual agreements per SOP.
• Drive financial governance with vendors.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
• Educate vendor (s) on tools, processes & resources.
• Fix product defects.
AUTOMATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
• Simplify or automate tasks to drive improved business performance.
Job Requirements
• Min. Bachelor’s degree with 6 months - 2 years of work experience in ecommerce
• Previous experience as Brand Specialist or Customer Service Associate strongly preferred.
• Analytical skills, familiarity with data analysis methodologies and high computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• BBA with relevant business experience.
• Experience working with data.
• Basic excel knowledge
