The incumbent will be working as a Warehouse Administrator. S/He will need to coordinate the warehouse operations by ensuring accurate data entry in the WMS / Inventory System to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately update data into the Warehouse Management System / Inventory system to maintain up-to-date records on a daily basis
- Assist with customers/suppliers’ inquiries via phone calls or email
- Ensures all inventory transaction is completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
- Upkeep and file related documentation on time and accurately. (E.g., delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.
- Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with the company’s SOP
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review
- Ensure office areas are well-maintained
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' or ‘O’ level / NITEC in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience in logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain
- Proficiency with the usage of computers such as Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system, and SAP system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Meticulous, good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills and planning skills
