We are searching for quality ACTA/ACLP-certified Trainers to join our growing pool of Academic Staff. The ideal candidate should possess a high-level of maturity and professionalism. The candidate should also have a good personality, be highly compliant, and work well with all stakeholders to provide our learners with an excellent learning experience.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate classes and conduct assessments in full accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Committee for Private Education (CPE) regulations.
- Assess Learners’ learning needs and coach/mentor them to address those needs.
- Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend improvement areas by collecting Learner feedback as well as analyzing learning delivery approaches and materials.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to facilitate with different learning platforms e.g. LMS, Zoom, MS TEAMS and classroom learning.
Adult Educator Requirements
- 2 years of training experience teaching adults
- 5 years of working experience in relevant field
- ACLP/ACTA certification
- Min. Diploma holders. If you have PHD/Doctorate qualifications, there are higher education assignments available too.
Job Requirements
- Good in current digital tools and platforms e.g. ChatGPT AI 3.5 and others
- Good knowledge in cybersecurity trends, digital innovation, artificial intelligence and others
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and is an advocate of lifelong learning.
- Possess high emotional intelligence.
- Able to work in different environments, including different campuses and client sites.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and/or weekends.
