Description
- To assist and educate customers in digital inquiries and to guide customers in the use of digital devices to process their own transactions
- Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting.
- Assist in customers’ general enquiries and ensure service delivery standards at all times, including attending service huddles with branch team
Job Requirement
- Minimum Nitec/ GCE A Level / Diploma in any field
- Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers needs
