Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and initiatives.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and provide analytical support for various projects.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden opportunities and challenges.
- Interpret and communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both organization and clients+.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- An innate passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
- A degree or diploma in environmental engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant field. We are open to candidate without experience who share our passion. Training will be provided.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role will be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
