Responsibilities:
- Attend to user ticket in the ticketing system.
- Providing technical assistance to users.
- Troubleshooting IT issues, such as hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware.
- Setting up and managing user accounts and permissions.
- Assisting with IT security measures, such as password resets and access control.
- Assisting with data backup and recovery procedures.
- Keeping track of IT assets, such as computers, servers, and peripherals..
- Managing onboarding and off boarding.
- Assisting in training new users on IT systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- NITEC in Info-technology or Computer Science or any relevant studies
- Min 1-3 years experience in job function related to desktop support.
