Workday Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Workday Data Mapping & Conversions
• Top 3 Mandatory skills:

1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Strong Interest in Technology
3. Strong desire and ability to master new skills

• Skills which are good to have / optional:

1. Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company is a plus.
2. Background in HR, FIN Process is a plus
3. Good Technical inclination will be a plus

• Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
2. Conduct or support working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirement
3. Understanding of business process management, methods, and tools.
4. Evaluating, communicating, and coordinating the technical impacts of application decisions
5. Support guiding our clients through their change journey.
6. Understand and adhere to SOX processes, regulations, and controls is a plus
7. Proactively identify optimization/automation opportunities, and support strategies.
