JOB PURPOSE


This position is based in Singapore to oversee the successful implementation and execution of Asean projects. Additionally, the regional PMO has responsibility for the team to ensure development of Project Plans and is responsible to setup communication channel to the Customer, the Contractor, the Outsourcing Partner and the Company stakeholder for overall success and execution of the project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact to customer to gather customer’s requirements and feedback prior or during project delivery.
  • Ensure coordination and effective management of multiple large, highly complex, and multinational projects.
  • Lead and negotiate the project scope, change orders, lead times, Terms & Conditions, as well as any project expansion with Customer, Partners, and internal business departments.
  • Oversee Project Plan development and execution, which includes schedules, milestones, procurement strategy, execution strategy, resources, communications, and risk management.
  • Effectively provide leadership and organization for a comprehensive project team comprising Project Managers, Design Managers, Procurement Managers, Cost Managers, CX Managers, EHS and other relevant roles.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and interface with the Customer, Contractor, and Partner throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the provision of updates, milestones, and progress reports.
  • Engage Customer at all levels to provide timely feedback, identify potential business opportunities, and customer expectation regarding project timelines.
  • Participate in the tender stage to assess project schedules and plan resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of project management experience and proven record of Data Center Delivery exposure
  • More than 3 years of customer management experience, especially CSP or OTT customer oriented
  • Demonstrated leadership and team player abilities
  • Ability to influence and motivate all relevant parties to achieve a common goal
  • Strong Negotiation, Conflict Management, and Communication Skills
  • Min. bachelor’s degree in C&S or M&E engineering
  • Experience in a Sales/ Customer facing role
  • Experience in managing large Data Center projects with capacity exceeding 50MW
  • Experience managing multinational projects
  • PMP certification will be an advantage
