⇒ Summary of Role
● The person joining will be working on Operations Support activities for the repair and production unit.
● The repair unit (ARU, Autonomous Repair Unit) and production unit (APU, Autonomous Production Unit) are
responsible for avionics, in-flight entertainment and electrical systems maintenance, repair, overhaul and
production activities.
● He/She is to work with multi-functional team, process/product/business owners, Stakeholders, IS/IT
department, to understand the process/requirement and to perform the design, develop, test and deploy the
automation workflows.
● He/She shall continue to work with them to achieve continuous improvement, and to solve the problems
identified after deployment, that are related to the RPA design and development.
● He/She is involved in support and monitor the RPA and automation operations and communicate with the
end users and escalate to stakeholders in France or fix issues if needed. Find ways to automate, improve the
management of RPA and other automate operational processes.
⇒ Responsibilities
● Support the Operation of RPA and all digital tools & solutions.
● Automate and improve operation SLA.
● Define automation matrix when project go lives.
● Organize and support the launch and implementation of RPA or digital tools & solutions locally and
internationally.
● Working with process, business and product owners to design develop and test the automation workflows
through deployment of bots, logging tools, dashboards, etc.
● Administer of the RPA training framework for new RPA users within the company.
● Create libraries with reusable components for internal use.
● Create process and user documentations.
● Assist business and process owners in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification to
collect and perform business analysis of RPA scripting with overall target coverage and benefit to further
advocate and support adoption of RPA solutions in the organization.
● Support the project manager and/or product owner in managing timeline, deliverables, budget, quality of the
solutions.
● Seek best practices, and continuous improvement within and outside of the Process & Tools department.
● Provide data and status reports linked to the development and implementation (run) of the solutions.
⇒ Qualifications & Experience
● Education Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
● Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
● Competent experience in RPA development using UiPath Studio and UiPath products, SQL and relational
databases, and application development.
● Development of RPA in SAP environment.
● Experience in process and business analysis, design and implementation; management of UAT and bug fixes.
● Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
● Experience in industrial and IT applications operations and support is an advantage.
● SDLC experience in Scrum and Agile project methodologies.
● Working in an international environment where tailoring of RPA scripts for specific regional needs.
● Willingness to be hands-on to show how things could/should be done, going beyond normal scope.
● Conduct with professionalism with good interpersonal skills and customer focused.
● Open to understand the businesses stakes, critical needs and key activities to ensure obtainment of
company’s objectives.
● Exposure in a multi-cultural environment in an international business organization beneficial.
● Strong and focused team player in an international team.
● French speaking is a plus.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
● .Net, SQL, PowerBI, VBA Macros, Perl, Python, or similar programming languages a plus.
● Is comfortable managing Robotic programming (UiPath Studio and products).
● Good interpersonal skills, writing and verbal skills.
● Willingness to learn, able to grasp new ideas; working independently and extending the projects
independently.
