The Asia Private Banking Client Service Team is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join their team. A Client Service Associate (“CSA”) is the primary contact for all service related needs of a Private Bank Client. A CSA works in a team and is responsible to provide support to Bankers and Investors by working with various product partners and operations to deliver a seamless and integrated experience to clients across all Private Bank products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Acts as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day to day account administration and servicing
2. Provides proactive personalized service on transaction processing such as deposits, loans, asset transfers, execution of cash products, cash flow management, corporate action, servicing inquiries and investigation handling etc.
3. Assists Clients in all account maintenance related requests such as change of address, updated KYC changes and ensures all necessary documentation is processed in accordance with Bank’s standards.
4. Assists Bankers in execution of credit facility, facilitates ad-hoc client requests, trouble shooting and help drives any remediation or campaign that is required from Bank.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics or other related discipline
2. At least 5 years of Client Service / Relationship Manager support experience from Private Bank
3. Good working knowledge of all Private Banking products including relevant operational processes on cash/securities settlement, corporate action and banking products etc.
4. High sensitivity to Private Banking Control standards particularly those related to money transfers, securities settlement, hold mail, credit and any other transactional services.
5. Good interpersonal skills on servicing and ability to maintain and deepen relationships
6. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must as the job holder is required to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.
7. Capable of interacting with clients directly and able to resolve client inquiries and trouble shoot problems independently.
8. Knowledge of all relevant systems and software packages including Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other information sources
9. Fast paced, adaptable and able to work in a demanding and unpredictable environment
10. Detail-oriented, think out of box and result-oriented
