Job Scope

· Support the administration and logistics for programmes organised by the department.

· Assist with tutorial/assessment logistics such as setting up of Zoom sessions, preparation of registration listing, admission & monitoring of student attendance.

· Assist with lecturer management and course administration such as tabulating of course attendance for the issuance of Certificate of Attendance, compilation of evaluation and post tutorial reports, collating of required documents for funding submission and maintaining of registration listing.

· Handle any enquiries from students in a timely and accurate manner.

· Assist the supervisor in any projects as assigned.


Requirements

· Diploma holder with preferably one year of work experience in the financial services industry or in the education industry.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

· Effective organisational skills.

· Independent, resourceful, meticulous and a good team player.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
