You will be responsible for managing the day to day maintenance and development of our website including content upload, servers, software licenses, and hardware infrastructure. You will also be responsible for providing data analysis support, managing cloud drives, coordinating internet subscriptions, purchasing IT equipment, and providing IT support to all departments and teams within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and development of our organization's website including content upload, build website landing page for new outlet and event, set up promotion, ensuring its functionality, usability, and security.
- Manage the organisation's servers, ensuring their stability, performance, and security. Coordinate with external vendors for server maintenance and upgrades.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of software licenses, ensure compliance with licensing agreements, and optimize software usage across the organization.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware support and replacements as needed.
- Provide support in data analysis, including collecting, organising, and analysing data to extract insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.
- Cloud Drive Management: Manage cloud storage solutions, ensuring proper access controls, data backups, and efficient utilization of cloud resources.
- Coordinate and manage internet subscriptions for the organization, ensuring reliable and cost-effective internet connectivity.
- Identify and procure necessary IT equipment, including computers, printers, networking devices, and other hardware required by various departments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to other departments and teams within the organization, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the organization's IT systems adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Could work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of web development, server administration, software licensing, and hardware infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualifications Requirements:
- Have a Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Have at least 3 years working experience in IT management or a similar role
