Type general correspondence.
Assist in preparing proposals, progress claims, variation orders.
Compile and submit equipment and catalogue for project requirements.
Assist to request and submit materials requisitions to purchasing department for project’s requirements.
Maintain proper filing for every project undertaken.
Coordinate work with Project Manager/Engineer on site matters (e.g. scheduled meetings, workers’ name list submission, delivery of items/materials to work site, etc.)
Keep confidential material classified and take steps to improve documentation whenever possible.
Any other general administrative work assigned by the Project Manager and/or Engineer.
