Job Description:
- Working with lead Consultants (who owns deliverables for all layers of applications), study, in depth, Infrastructure layer of selected critical business application of Customer
- Analyse data, performance, and other aspects
- Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement such as finetuning of system parameters.
- Profile and baseline each of the infra components associated with select applications with key metrics and parameters that characterizes its security, performance and resiliency including adjustment guidance, as applicable
- Provide guidance and support to Customer for testing and validation of the proposed changes
- Recommend solutions and designs for automation and process needed for delivery, operations and support of the in-scope applications
Job Requirements:
- WebSphere MQ administration and resolved the issues raised by the client.
- WebSphere MQ setup and configuration, WebSphere MQ object creation and modification.
- Created and configured Local Queue Managers and Remote Queue Managers including Queues.
- Created different types of queues like (Local Queue, Remote Queue Definition, Transmission Queue, and Alias Queue).
- Bouncing the Message broker and MQ for Maintenance activities.
- Administered the Message broker by using the MQSC commands.
Implemented Distribution Communication, pub communication, and Clustering Communication over different platforms.
