about the company

The company is a single-family office taking care of the investment, corporate and philanthropic requirements of an extremely high-net-worth family that is based in Singapore. The family office is currently staffed with a team of experienced family officers and investment specialists. The Travel Concierge will be supporting multiple family members in their travel requirements, and is expected to perform a variety of tasks and often handle urgent requests. about the job

You wil plan, manage and coordinate the travel schedules of the Principal and other family members. This includes being responsible for making all travel arrangements and reservations, including flights, hotels, dining, land transfers and other logistics. In addition, you will maintain records of travel credits, open tickets, memberships, preferred vendors/hotels/ restaurants. You will also be responsible for making visa arrangements and maintaining detailed travel records. You will provide timely concierge support during trips, with the understanding that this can occur across different time zones. This role may require you to travel from time to time to provide assistance with errands during trips.


about the manager / team

This role reports directly to the Principal, and you will also have to work closely with the Personal Assistants of each family member to coordinate travels.


Skills & requirements for the job

You should be tertiary-educated with minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in commercial or private aviation or bespoke concierge services. This role is well-suited for somebody who is highly adaptable and able to manage a varied and fluid job scope. The incumbent should be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as well as be meticulous, organized, resourceful and process driven.
