Project coordinator

Greenology Pte. Ltd.

Job responsibilities:

· Work closely with project manager to manage project & oversees all general project administration

· Monitor project progress and handle any issue that arise

· Make sure all works on site proceed smoothly and according to schedule

· Ensure projects are completed in line with client's expectations

· Plan and attend regular meetings with clients for projects

· Plan work schedules, manpower & equipment according to contract specification

· Liaise with clients on their enquries, feedbacks & complaints

· Liaise with plant suppliers, ordering & purchasing

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager


· Job requirement:

· ITE or Polytechnic Diploma

· responsible and accountable

· Good communication skills with clients/consultant/subcons/vendors, etc

· Adaptive and quick on the feet to handle challenges on site

· Result oriented and able to multi-task between numerous projects

· Manage stress/pressure & handle work well with tight deadlines

· Some experience in project management

· MS Office, Autocad, drawing interpretation

· Class 3 driving licence
