What you will do:
The position reports to the SEA head of strategic programs and will be responsible to develop, drive and program manage various SEA growth and transformation initiatives.
He/she will work cross-functionally to drive transformation programs and will ensure business leaders manage their deliverables in order to meet the program schedule and outcomes. The Program Manager will also represent the region at regular accountability and cadence meetings and will be responsible for clearly and concisely presenting the status of all open projects to groups of stakeholders.
The position has high visibility and will work closely with senior executives within SEA and APAC leadership teams to lead/manage various growth initiatives, analyze and synthesize business performance, KPIs and proactively facilitates problem solving as needed in achieving SEA growth targets.
How you will do it:
- Oversee initiative tollgate governance and transformation management process to ensure the on-time and on-track delivery of business performance and KPIs
- Support in executing and implementing PMO functions identified in transformation roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders across SEA
- As the key point of contact for Transformation, facilitate workstream and country level regular cadence, maintain agenda, actions, and decision logs
- Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs
- Apply business analytical skills to transform JCI by solving real business problems and to deliver long term and sustainable initiatives to the company
- Facilitate and execute best-in-class Program Management plan, including enabling cadence planning, impact capturing and problem solving
- As the lead champion of program management system (WAVE), lead initiatives hygiene management, including financial forecast/actuals, milestones and KPIs
- Provide coaching and training sessions to Transformation stakeholders as necessary
- Responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the support and Transformation related administration activities and process improvement
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Up to 5 years of experience with management consulting, professional service group or a similar project / program management background in a corporate environment will be highly regarded
- Experience having worked cross-functionally with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience with large-scale organizational transformation or change management projects preferred
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Exceptional and effective communication skills (both written and verbal in English) to a variety of audiences at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint; working experience with Salesforce and Power BI will be a plus;
- Detail oriented and with ability to work under pressure, mentally resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment
- Fresh Grad with project management experiences are welcome
