Job Description
- Manage and maintain full set of accounts, with monthly and annual reports
- Manage and liaise with external auditors for annual audit
- Liaise with Intercompany for monthly accounts settlement
- Knowledge in GST returns filling, process staff salaries, CPF & reimbursements
- Credit control with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, in a timely manner
- Familiar with contract terms and able to handle bank guarantees , L/C etc
- Manage multi-currency bank account reconciliation and funds transfers
- Prepare and maintain cash flow requirements
Job Requirement
- Degree in Accounting with 10-12 years of experience in a medium sized Engineering Company
- Good knowledge in MS Office, with good organizing and leadership skills
- Knowledge in using SAP B1
- Results oriented, team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision
