Service Engineer
Job Description:
· Perform evaluation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of equipment according
to guidelines and approved methods
· Provide installation, commissioning and after sales maintenance service to customers for
general scientific laboratory equipment
· Ensure accuracy, reliability and confidentiality of test results
· Co-ordinate closely with sales team to provide technical support & after sales service to
customers
· Conduct risks assessments to comply with safety work procedures
Requirements:
· ITE/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
· Possesses initiative and keen knowledge in gaining understanding of mechanics and
operations of equipment
· Relevant working experience in similar field would be an advantage
· Sound ability to troubleshoot, test and conduct hands-on repairs
· Good knowledge and understanding in Circuit Schematic Drawing
· Possess Class 3 Driving License (but not essential)
· Experience in or knowledge of ISO documentation (specifically ISO/IEC 17025) will be an
added advantage
