Strategy/Innovation
- Understand Coastal Sustainability Alliance’s impact and strategic intent in building the next generation maritime ecosystem.
- Research and introduce sustainability developments (globally) and technology enhancements to reinforce CSA’s value proposition as part of our continuous improvement effort.
- Evaluate and introduce new CSA initiatives for co-innovation.
Program/ Project Management
- Manage respective workstreams and support CSA stakeholders to achieve milestones, deliverables, and desired impact.
- Drive business excellence and best practices within program management office.
- Lead and participate in CSA projects (Carbon Management, Logistics Optimization, Fleet Management, Energy Solutions Management)
Industry Partnership/ Events Engagement
- Partner with industry stakeholders (Govt Agencies, IHLs, Start-Ups) on CSA joint activities.
- Design and Deploy CSA Workshops (Ecosystem, Engineering), generating awareness and participation towards CSA goals.
- Create outreach activities to onboard new CSA members.
- Represent CSA to participate in industry events and collate datapoints for CSA’s continuous improvement.
