Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
IT Operations Infrastructure Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT Security Standards and Policies
- Manage ICT Infrastructure Incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having re-occurrence of incidents
- Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring
- Manage ICT Infrastructure contracts and operating budget in meeting the agreed budget utilisation
- Provide ICT Infrastructure support and services in all stages of application deployment, testing and production
- Ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions and meet requirements for high availability, resiliency, scalabilities and security
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience
- Certifications with Cloud Service Providers. (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect)
- Relevant experience with using Cloud Service Providers, preferable with AWS experiences
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery; Familiar with Security/InfoSec practices
