Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, deploy and support SAP S/4HANA FICO projects/solutions to achieve defined business goals.
- Partner with clients to analyze and define business requirements, to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
- Propose and provide appropriate system enhancements.
- Develop unit test package, execute tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program.
- Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test ( UAT) & implementation activities to fix the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment.
- Conduct and provide training to SAP Users.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in SAP FICO experience (Support/Implementation/Rollout).
- Completed at least 2 S/4HANA end to end projects.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting Functional Requirements.
- Proven experience transitioning Functional Requirement to Technical Requirements.
- Extensive business process and functional knowledge.
- Expertise in configuration.
- Working knowledge on the conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is desired.
- Working knowledge of ABAP debugging skills is desired.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in FICO Integration with SD, CS & MM.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury is advantageous.
- Proven Client-facing experience across multiple industries is highly desired.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
