Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit Customer Care Officers to join their Customer Service teams.
Customer Care Officer (Location: Ang Mo Kio/ Non Shift)
Summary
Interacts with customers through phone to provide effective service to every customer by building a personal relationship with each caller, using the appropriate skills, tools and techniques for their requirement and ensuring that each call is either closed or escalated within the agreed timescales by owning each call.
Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide quality customer service to customers either by telephone or electronically
· Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries
· Handle and resolve complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction
· Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support.
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures closely.
· Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess minimum 'O' levels
· Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Pleasant disposition and personality
· A team player
· Candidates with experience in customer service or contact centre will have an added advantage
· Fresh graduates with a passion in customer service are welcome to apply
