Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target markets, defining positioning, and setting clear marketing objectives.
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. This information helps in making informed decisions and adjustments to marketing plans.
  • Managing the marketing budget effectively to ensure resources are allocated efficiently across various marketing channels and campaigns. This involves tracking expenses and measuring the return on investment (ROI).
  • Designing and overseeing advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and product/service visibility. This includes creating marketing collateral, digital and print advertisements, and managing online and offline marketing channels.
  • Focus on digital marketing strategies, which can include website management, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Managing and leading a team of marketing professionals, which may include copywriters, graphic designers, social media managers, and others. Marketing Manager need to provide guidance, set expectations, and ensure the team works cohesively towards marketing goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Safeguarding the brand's reputation and ensuring that all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines. This includes maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
  • Managing public relations efforts, which may include media relations, press releases, and crisis management to protect and enhance the company's image.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and marketing agencies when necessary, such as for graphic design, media buying, or advertising placements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Setting clear marketing goals and regularly reporting on progress to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, including leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools
  • Budget planning and management skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of our industry and target audience is a plus
