Responsibilities
- Draft replies on customer's feedback
- Manage walk-in customers when required
- Create communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage media events and handle media relations/ crisis management
- Support marketing campaigns, events and corporate website matters
- Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 - 4 year of marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
