Job Responsibilities
- Support projects by delivering deliverables and completing milestones, including the installation of hardware and software for turnkey solutions.
- Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOW) and coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution.
- Actively participate in System Acceptance Tests with external vendors and customers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during project implementation.
- Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation, including network topologies and diagrams.
- Document and explain network topologies, ensuring clarity in diagrams.
- Prepare SOW, system handover documents, and inventory records.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in Linux (Centos, Suse) domain.
- Knowledgeable in Networking (Dell, Cisco), Firewall (Fortinet), and Fiber-Optic transmission devices.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies, including Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, and Elastic Search. Preferred experience in implementation and system maintenance.
- Working experience in Virtualization is an advantage.
