Job Responsibilities:
- Handle in payroll for employees, by ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Work closely with HR to maintain accurate employee records and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions, providing timely and accurate information.
- Managing manpower needs as per business requirement , including managing duty roster
- Mediate workplace conflicts, provide counselling, and organize engagement initiatives
- Handle any ad-hoc HR-related projects and tasks.
