ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking of local and incoming documentation.
- BL / AWB / Invoice / Packing List and other relevant documentations.
- Update Shipment logs.
- Perform BL registration in Glob+ in-house system.
- Verify item declaration form.
- Raising PO for warehouse miscellaneous usage such as labels.
- Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage.
- Ad-hoc assignment on the physical work at warehouse
- Preferably Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping documentations and customs declaration in retail industry
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
- Excel knowledge skills like VlookUp and Pivot table
- Organised and self-motivated
- Able to thrive under pressure
