Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants to ensure safe and smooth operations.
- Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects, prioritizing worker safety and facility integrity.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to plant operations.
- Conduct instrumentation application studies and modify plant facilities to align with technical specifications and business requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and contractors to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Implement management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power/Energy Modules.
- Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff across different functions and contractors. A spirit of collaboration and teamwork is essential.
