- Financial Institution Corporate office fit out experience preferred
- Strong background and knowledge of technology infrastructure, Data Centre, offices and war sites
- Strong skillset in coordination, scheduling, risk management and project reporting
- Overall good leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Will also be required to take the lead and conduct multiple working group coordination for ongoing projects which may include stakeholders from:
- Computing/ Desktop
- Data Centre services,
- Network,
- Voice,
- Markets,
- Print,
- Audio& Visual
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate and report technical details to various audiences in the organisation
- Good knowledge and skills in IT fit out and infrastructure budgeting and cost management. Ability to construct high level estimates for potential projects with limited information from various subject matter experts
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills in managing multiple stakeholders (clients, working peer groups, supply chain and other functions (Security, Engineering, FM and Capital Projects)
