Looking for a Sale Coordinator - Procurement Admin [1-Year Contract]
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
- Responsible for issuing purchase orders and performing goods receipts in the system.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding purchase orders
- Assists in Maintaining filing documents and updating records.
- Update weekly project management report.
- Update Sales/PM to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Competent with MS Office
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of purchasing or admin or procurement assistant experience
- Able to start immediately
