Looking for a Sale Coordinator - Procurement Admin [1-Year Contract]

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
  • Responsible for issuing purchase orders and performing goods receipts in the system.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding purchase orders
  • Assists in Maintaining filing documents and updating records.
  • Update weekly project management report.
  • Update Sales/PM to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Competent with MS Office

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of purchasing or admin or procurement assistant experience
  • Able to start immediately
