Position Overview:
As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and control of company and project documentation. Your responsibilities will encompass sorting, scanning, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents. Additionally, you will handle the review and submission of First Article documentation into customers' portals. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate document binders, including scanning, filing, and uploading completed documents into Product Line Management Software (AGILE) and the company's FTP Server.
- Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents for Quality Engineers on behalf of customers.
- Support the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to customers via their e-portal or email within stipulated timelines.
- Monitor and coordinate PCO/ECO/ECR/NCR AGILE workflow routings for stakeholders' review, approval, and closure.
- Ensure all documentation are accurately uploaded into AGILE, maintaining traceability of controlled documents.
- Verify the completeness of documents, both for FAIR submission and internal use.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information contained in documents.
- Assist Quality Coordinator / Quality Engineers in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by Quality Engineers and Quality Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience related to Document Controller, Change Analyst positions, preferably within Semiconductor-related or Oil & Gas industries.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow procedures and processes meticulously.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements.
- Proficient with computer-based productivity tools, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as AGILE.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply analytical skills to drive continuous improvement efforts.
