Responsibilities
- Identify areas in need of change and lead the implementation of new structures and programs/processes. You’ll also evaluate internal and external business drivers and environmental factors to encourage employees to adopt new changes.
- Identify gaps in the current people plan and programs, as well as lead the implementation of key elements of the Asia people plan.
- Assess data and present findings on leadership effectiveness and performance. Identifies trends/themes, communicates findings with the business as well as the broader HR community, and provides recommendations to senior leadership about organizational strategies, goals, and actions.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 9+ years work experience with Human Resources processes or related (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 7+ years work experience with Human Resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management).
- Experience in supporting and scaling solutions across multiple markets within Asia/ ANZ region.
- Strong in stakeholder management, change management, program/project management.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Human Resources Professional Certification or other certifications in Change Management or Program/Project Management.
- 3+ years experience with partnering with wide network of clients and across Human Resources to deliver effective business solutions in multiple areas (e.g. organisational design, leadership, team performance, talent management, DE&I, etc.).
