Other job responsibilities include:
- Draft sales quotations, proposals, presentations slides and response to RFP under the direction and guidance of Sales Director.
- Coordinate card design artworks and sales orders status with client services team to ensure prompt response to customers enquiries.
- Ensure supply of products and services are in line with our contract obligations, track and monitor performance, own outcomes, and communicate shortfalls
- Prepare reports and forecasts and ensure they are presented in an accurate and timely manner to the key stakeholders
- Clear and regular communication to all internal departments, to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and achieved
- Responsible for working closely with the client service associates/executive, and ensure they are also mutually dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer
- Build good relationships with strategic key partners and customers to win new business.
- Develop understanding of business and market requirements for new products.
- Coordinate relevant team members support for RFP response.
- Liaise with Product team on customer requirements and technical proposal.
- Provide regular updates from outcomes of meeting with sales partners and customers.
- Manage relationship issues and bring to resolution, escalate disputes to the Sales Director as required
- Ensure customer quotations, tender responses, requests for information and other customer requirements are aligned with customer expectations, maximising revenue and adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Keep abreast of customer, market and competitor developments and trends including technology trends in the appropriate market sector
- Maintain necessary contact with customer, and industry associations to achieve the objectives of the Segment
- Occasional business travel may be required to Southeast Asia countries.
Candidate should have experiences or applied skills in the following areas:
- Retail banking experience in card, payment and digital solutions desirable
